To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we'll not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. Being in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management, which is perhaps the most important ingredient to living a happy, healthy and rewarding life.
The objective of this course is for all the individuals, making their life to believe that the greatest gift you can give your family and the world is a healthy you, specially needed in this COVID situation.

Module: Deep Breathing with chest Expansion Exercises, Front bending and Back bending Asanas, Balancing Asanas, Asanas according to the health requirement, Pilates, Power Yoga, Zumba and Meditation
